Where health and
education intersect

All students deserve to thrive, but too many struggle because they lack access to health care services. School-based health care is a solution, bringing health care to where students spend a majority of their time. School-based health services are available during school hours to all students and staff.

WE ARE DEDICATED TO:
Whole person care

One Health is dedicated to providing high quality whole person care. Our patient care teams include primary care providers, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and care coordinators that utilize a team approach to provide the best possible care for students.

HEALTH CARE

Onsite health care professionals collaborate with schools to address the broad range of concerns and adverse experiences that affect students’ healthy development. Primary health care services are provided in a comprehensive, integrated, and accessible manner and in a sustained partnership with the student, their parent/guardian family, and provider in order to manage or treat conditions with parental consent.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE

Students may struggle with emotional or behavioral challenges. Ready access to expert attention may provide students with coping strategies to support healthy relationships and academic success. Behavioral health care includes prevention and education services, mental health, substance use, referrals to community resources, and more.
